John & Martha King were honored recently during a highly emotional presentation at AOPA’s Bob Hoover Awards ceremony in Washington DC. John & Martha received the inaugural Richard G. McSpadden General Aviation Safety Award. The award was named after the late, long time AOPA contributor and highly accomplished aviator. Watch the ceremony here.
