Watching John Maus and the hysterical body is so interesting - the music does not initially lend itself well to the hysterics (whereas something like death metal would) and sometimes I do wonder how well it truly serves the music. Nevertheless there is a raw, unapologetic honesty and vulnerability to it that I appreciate deeply. I hope we see John again soon. R.I.P. Joe.

I was just thinking about the style mix going on. It reminds me of like mixing hard core punk vocals with disco backing. Doesnt work too well but is pretty interesting
