However, I no longer find him his interviews helpful. He critiques the nation players, but he fails to argue for U.S. policy changes; instead, he continues to tell the public that all is doomed, and nothing can be done. If that is the case, then what purpose does he serve? I much prefer to hear from Prof. Jeffrey Sachs to speak on the subject because he is both objective, insightful, and pushes for policy changes.

I think that the main reason the US is untouched up until now is because of geography not military, if America doesn't come to its senses first use of nuclear weapons will be us, not that it really matters who is first.
