I am from Ireland and I worked in the Land Ho kitchens for two summers, 1987 and 1989. It is a magical place of myths and legends. John is a gentleman.

Mr. Murphy is not only a great artist, great businessman but a great human been. He is very kind, generous and always willing to help anybody. We'd like to thank him for sharing his life with us.
