I will never forgive Hollyoaks for making me ship George/JP and then make it an abusive relationship 😞... They could give us a good romance plot just for once
I called it. Ste and james because ste has to hook up with every gay guy that's available. Can't he just be single for once and focus on his family and kids first.
I hope they don't try to put James and Ste together as a couple, they might be able to somehow be friends, but not more than that, and I could picture them(try to) saving John Paul from George.
@@kynyockscleiyn (Some of it) There were an episode, where he met a former boyfriend, Who was still very much into him/obsessed with him, and if I remember correctly he said, that he went to therapy because of George, and we (kinda) got the impression, that George had been manipulating/controling him in their relationship, cutting him away from everyone, so the only focus was on them/at least being good at getting things the way he wanted. And George just walked away from him saying something like, that he didn't care, either that he never really cared about him, or that he didn't care about his situation now or both. And he got into James house threatning James. And he gives off a bad vibe.
I love James and I love Ste, but I'm gonna throw up if Hollyoaks forces a relationship out of them. Aside from the fact that this ship would be a completely sick and insane move, considering everything that involved around Harry, they don't fit together at all. They would probably be a case of "no other gay guys left", which really is the wrong approach.
@@lamariposa5558 Exactly, but it´s nice to see James wants to help Ste find work in a sincere way. Friendship maybe but no love relationship. I have a feeling that they together will save JP from George.
I Hope they are only gonna try to make them become friends, and maybe team up to try to save John Paul from George, that I think could be possible. Ste doesn't need a boyfriend right now, he needs to focus on his family and getting a job, and (thinking of the past), I don't think they fit as a couple. So if Hollyoaks is trying to pair them up, They are really trying everything. (They are two single gay guys and they have(some) former partners in common, but I still don't hope they are trying that.)
@@lamariposa5558 I don't think they would even entertain the though about luring him go, but Greg have been on the show for 4 years in January. If they do it like in many of soaps in US they have a 2 year contract, so maybe he didn't want to continue. There are s lot of protects right now to end up in the bag, but the worst would be James, that's why I'm putting money on it. He carries half the snow, so I would be terrible to lose him!

He wants to change and be a good guy and he feels empathy for Ste. He also needs friends and they both know JP so they could work together to save JP from George.
Yes and they were as close as they were not seen at least Ste I name him John Paul but what he said could you tell me because I am from Argentina I do not speak English I am writing with the translator,and poor James John Paul has to realize that George is bad.
It´s strange if he doesn´t as it is a small village and everybody knows each other. But I guess he doesn´t want to bother him. I think that Ste feels ashame for what he did.
I can't believe John Paul told PC George he took the watch until he confronts him about it while he tells him what he's done, but he told him to be his boyfriend, so James saw Ste on the show right after Harry died!!

@@jenniquiroz8355 That's what I'm wondering about too. Maybe it really is an act of genuine concern and benevolence, it's not like James is incapable of that. They share their grief over Harry and not too long ago, James has been through a rough time himself. Considering he made attempts to turn his life around since the hit and rund and the shooting, he might think that they all suffered enough.
@@lamariposa5558 If James is a good person in spite of everything and if he went through many difficult things such as Harry's death and I think it is good that he helps Ste,he needs it,poor he gives me a shame,and he has not seen John Paul yet I hope they remain friends and help each other as before.
I’ve always liked James’ character, especially when he’s being manipulative and devious but he irritates the hell out of me when he chases guys that don’t want to be bothered with him. I understand why he has that needy side to him. It comes with the damage Mac inflicted on him but it still irks me. Like, come on! You’re a handsome, rich lawyer! You have the world at your feet! MOVE ON! 😅
George wants to help JP with money because he will get the money back because he is behind the blackmail OR he now can manipulate JP to do whatever he wants OR something else. If he was a decent and honest guy he should come clean to JP about the break-in at James flat and tell him why he did it so they both are honest with each other but he continues to say that James is a liar which the viewers know isn´t true.
I have a feeling too, that if George help pay off the blackmailer(or make it seem like it because he is helping Silas), it will be something like he has John Paul right where he wants him/will use it against him in some way/use it to manipulate him more.
I had a bad feeling about George really early on and then this guy from his past turned up and that pretty much confirmed my suspicion and I've been dreading this storyline ever since because he's gonna turn out to be some horrible abusive control freak, isn't he 😫
