Thanks Mr. Ssegawa for your submissions. But there is diversification in making money. I don't think we should limit people in whatever they choose to do. A lawyer can be a farmer, a politician can be a musician, a doctor can make money in anything they want. I think politics is in everything. That's my take.

@mwesigyeaggrey169 I just despise these so called legends that have totally failed to streamline the industry and discourage those who try. Doesn't matter if artists are getting money out of it, at the end of the day it's the artists will get what they get and try out what they out to.
@lioness542 Am not sure and I doubt that they know what they want and what copyright means as majority of them copy other people’s work. They don’t even know that everyone has right to belong to any political party he / she wishes. People come to watch them perform and they turn the concert/ show into a political rally.

I don't agree with such narrative that ounce musicians join politics they should stop singing. Singing is a profession and any person has a right to exercise their profession. Like lawyers go to court, musicians can still go to stage.

Lately this Segawa guy is all over the media and trying so hard to get the nup support in disguise. It will not be a surprise if he wants to get into politics as well. But peoples' eyes are open to greedy opportunists like this guy!
Be mature the man John is trying to show you how things must move in Uganda not doing in manner of political, some times you look forward , remember Ugandan people must have their Uganda in their own hands, not in some body,s hands, Nalumasi song and labisa song are also struggling songs mostly,
