I learned the existence of these… Two years ago!! Yeah i went sad when i learnd he passed away from all of us💔🫣 But on RU-vid Jeremy Beadle Will live forever❤️ Written in memory of Mr. Beadle !💯 I would not live without these shows… older than me first daughter???🤷🏼♂️
From all I have read and learnt about him, Mr B was a warm, kind and genuinely sincere human being. He is probably hardly remembered today. Such a loss.
He will never be forgotten mate. Im still watching. Game for a laugh, beadles about and you've been framed was a part of everyones life. We all loved him and still do.
Loved 💕 this show when I was a kid the whole family would sit round the television in the front room. That’s all gone now what with Xbox’s PlayStations laptops iPhones etc etc it’s a real shame. If I could give up on today’s luxury’s and go back I would do it in a heartbeat 💓
The 'dish' has a 'red flash' on it, signifying that it was manufactured by the ANDREW Corp at their factory near, as they said, Edinburgh. The company, of which I was the UK Sales manager, were involved in organising this Beadle prank.
There was one I remember from the 80's and it was about someone destroying a Violin that was worth a fortune but really the one that got broken was a copy that was cheap and the prank was meant to be on the owner of the Violin , but the actor that broke the Violin actually tricked Jeremy into thinking he destroyed the real expensive one by accident and Jeremy really panicked and stressed out. Id love to see that one again.
Remember all the snide nasty remarks made by cynical TV critics whilst Beadle was in his prime, how they must of felt when the truth about his good work and charity came out after he died. A genuinely nice man that the world is a little sadder without.

They knew roughly what time the "victim" was expected home, and they had a "look-out" with a radio posted at the end of the street to warn the guys when they were approaching, or if they returned unexpectedly.
What he was meant to say 'We' ve just nicked this from some star gazers in Edinburgh ' Beadles about or Game for a laugh was classic TV. So was Jeremy Beadle, hard working charity supporter.
No sign of any of the neighbours whilst all this was going on. The TV company probably contacted them in advance and requested (or paid) them to stay out sight while they were filming.
