John Shuttleworth takes a humorous look at past Eurovision song contests & aims high with his own song - Pigeons In Flight, First Aired on BBC 2 - 1998
Any chance of getting the song entered in next year's competition? Graham Fellows could become a posthumous winner of the competition, it's never too late.
Was lucky enough to randomly catch this when it was first on, the BBC didn't trail it very well. Glad I did. Now I'm off to find 500 Bus Stops! By the way, what is the song at 27:58? < edit: I found it. It is "Härlig Sommardag" by Family Four, from the Eurovision Song Contest 1972.
funny, just randomly watched this tonight LOL, which I did not know was actually eurovision night... then randomly checked msm news and it was actually eurovision night, and no doubt the ukranians won because their song was really good and for no other reason eh!
It was actually Peter Serafinowicz (that's what the credits said) but he does do a damn good impression of Terry Wogan (I was fooled the first time I watched it)
