Actually and this is true it is possible to survive a shot to the head. I dout the man could get up bet there have been cases of soldiers who got shot through the head and survived (most of them lost partiall or total brain functions)

krol jola ik, my dad was a detective and he saw someone get shot threw the head but it missed his brain and he was still moving. It’s possible someone’s nerves can still be going causing them to fidget after a shot threw the brain, but the assassin was shot straight threw the top of the head and he got up within seconds

firing from the hip is more accurate with an m60, it was designed to do so since it was mainly mounted in helis were aiming down sights was impossible, and the gun's got a lot of kick, THAT RAMBO CAN HOLD WITH ONE HAND also if you watch rambo part 2's m60 scene you can see the m60 doesn't move all that much, which means rambo is keeping it steady and controlling the recoil with one hand
