Too much information,she was describeing everything perfect and too detailed. When You are living this kind of situations everything happens to fast,you can't focus in everything that is going especially when You are afraid or in panic and your memory can't keep everything in line. Amber was telling everything so detailed from the moment Jonnhy was arriveing till the end. Off course the fact that she didn't have marks is more conviencing, if the trully was abusing her the first thing she should do is go to the police,sue him so a doctor could see her and write down if Amber had any damage in her body. I absolutely agree, been in a long term abusive relationship myself. Absolutely nothing rang true from her,and when the video she filmed trying to frame Johnny was "leaked" I was absolutely certain that she was lying. Absolutely no one who is abused by their partner willingly stays in the same space as the abuser if it's at all possible to get away before anything could happen especially when the abuser is freaking out...also no one draws attention to themselves intentionally when their abuser is freaking out..you stay silent and still hopefully you are invisible... I could go on but those are the quick points that immediately came to mind and they are the 1st things that scream she was trying to set him up and she is a liar.

Johnny in that video was ignoring her and she was trying to get him mad . If you gonna record something you just live the camera open in case something happens but you are not trying to make the abuser attack you. Also in that case you are too afraid cause this actually may turns against you and suddenly the abuser gets 'innocent' because it could seem like he is not abusing you just found a chance to make him attack you by challenging him . If you wanna record something you want to show how things trully are and that in any case you never 'manipulated' him. Abusers in the police always try to show how they did nothing wrong and that it's all victims fault ,that she is the one that is not ok and overreacts over nothing . Johnny was clearly not good but he wasn't even getting close to her , his 'problem' had to do the death of his mom and nothing with Amber. She found a chance, a day that he wasn't ok and she thought that maybe she could bring him in the position she wanted but it was too obvious that Johnny was trying to avoid her. She was just getting advantage of Johnnys emotional situation thinking that maybe he'll eventually attack to her ,she was trying too much to play the victim and make it seem like something else and eventually it turned against her ,cause from the first moment things weren't like she wanted to show.

In the video I saw Johnny was very upset and he had been drinking...wine I think..but he was clearly upset and taking it out physically on the cupboards and verbally only to himself if I remember correctly. I recall that he was more or less in his own world and if Amber hadn't spoken to him several times he would have continued on slamming cupboards ranting on to himself, and more than likely not even verbally engaged with her until he was finished his sort of personal tangent. Now what I personally about Amber's behavior was in direct contrast/opposition with how I would have dealt with/behaved in that situation if it had of been me in that situation when I was in an abusive relationship. Also many (obviously not all as everyone reacts to situations exactly the same)other women who have also been in abusive relationships agreed with me about how I would have reacted to the situation and they would have reacted very similar to how I would have...okay first when your abuser has been drinking and is very clearly angry and taking his anger out on objects and verbally I would do absolutely nothing to possibly draw any attention to myself in any way shape or form, and if at all possible I would try to get out of vicinity so that I wouldn't become the target for physical and verbal abuse. If I couldn't get out of the vicinity I would be absolutely silent and still trying to be invisible and not doing anything that could draw his attention. If by chance he noticed me I would say as little as possible trying not to fuel his actions towards me, and I certainly wouldn't have intentionally drawn his attention towards me by initiating conversations. If I had to answer him I certainly wouldn't have enflamed him with comments about and prolonging the conversation about what he was angry about. Now if I had of been trying to get surreptitious video documentation of him physically, emotionally and verbally abusing me I certainly wouldn't have been touching the camera or drawing any attention towards it, because as soon as he noticed it as Johnny did my ex would have destroyed it and he then wouldn't have cared if it caught him hitting me, because he would have been way too furious and out of control in the moment and the camera would have been destroyed by him. Amber purposely engaged in conversation with him while he was yelling at himself and slamming cupboards... Amber didn't come across as afraid in any way shape or form in body language, in conversation context, or actions. She knew exactly why he was upset and what he was upset about, and it had absolutely nothing to do with her. She tried to set him up when she was talking to him, trying to make it seem as if he was angry at her or about something that she did and he clearly said that it had nothing to do with her and that she knew that it had nothing to do with her and he didn't know why at the moment why she was playing dumb and trying to make it seem like it was...he figured out what she was doing when he found the camera and found out that she was filming the interaction and trying to set him up though...even when that happened he still didn't explode in rage like she was claiming that he had done regularly. To me the whole video was clearly not showing what she was trying to manufacture and to make it seem like. It exonerates Johnny in my opinion then and now.

She showed that she was lying about being afraid of him and that video just showed him obviously upset, banging cupboard doors, accidentally breaking a wineglass in the sink if I remember correctly and ranting to himself...she interjected herself into the narrative...she initiated the conversation with him, she tried to antagonize him with her trying to make out that he was upset because of her, and he clearly tells her that she knows that isn't the case, that she knows exactly what he is upset about and it has absolutely nothing to do with her in any way shape or form. In the video she's standing there with the camera clearly capturing her body language and it clearly shows that she isn't afraid but very self confident and assured, it shows that she is trying to set him up, to get him to react in the way she wants and not getting it. Even when he sees the camera, confronts her about it, asks if she is recording the interaction and when he finds out that she is he wants to know why what she is trying to record...he just takes the camera and turns it off... he doesn't loose his mind and destroy the camera and he doesn't lash out and hit her or physically do anything to her...he doesn't do anything that an abusive person would do. We are supposed to believe that he has been abusing her for a long time and it's the normal behavior for him from watching that video...lol for me it did the opposite she came across as the more aggressive person and I fully believe that she was abusive towards him throughout their relationship. He even did the classic abused spouse routine in Australia when she cut off the top of his finger when she attacked him with a broken wine or champagne bottle... he lied about how he cut his finger to medical professionals in the hospital...it's a shame that he wasn't truthful with them at the time as it would have saved him all the bullshite that he eventually went through... the loss of his job on Pirates of the Caribbean ... the public humiliation and the embarrassment that not only he went through publicly, in the press, and in private but his children also had to deal with it as well publicly, and privately... amazing how everyone who really knows him personally didn't believe it though...it's just a shame that she wasn't punished for her false accusations and perjury in court as well as the press/publicly. Yes she was caught out in her lies and was held to account when she had to give away the 7 million she got that she really shouldn't have..at least she didn't benefit financially for her lies in that part of the situation. Exactly, the next day you would have noticable swelling and your face won't move properly and people would observe your discomfort. I once got socked in the face by a socker ball. I'm Dark so you couldn't see the bruising under my make up but the swelling was noticeable. I couldn't smile or talk much without feeling pain. People who didn't know what happened asked what was wrong with my face. My eye was half closed and very creased even though I used a hell of a lot of concealer. Nothing could hide my split lip.

A friend of mine got smacked in the face after stepping on a rake and within seconds his face was deformed. It's why she didn't pursue the case....she refused to give her deposition until the Judge ordered it....then she settled. It's called PERJURY! Since she doesn't think laws apply to her, it was probably only under the advice of her attorney she didn't do it. It's not just in Australia she doesn't think laws apply to her....it's part of having NPD...look it up then compare with her behavior. There's probably a photo of her on Wikipedia under NPD.
