Listens to their story attentively, his face clearly shows how he empathizes with them. 26:27 Doesn’t shun his fans by not shaking hands. Makes sure to include them. (In love with his entry walk here) 26:38 Extends his hand despite seeing the kids still seated. Kids sat before him but he proceeds to sit between them in a funny way making everyone laugh. I've never studied Italian only Spanish so what I got from this and correct me if I'm wrong was that the woman's husband had passed away, he had been the most loving and kind father to the children and basically the light of their lives. She however felt sorry for not being able to help them deal with the death as she too was so devastated ( I'm not sure of this but I think she was saying sorry for something). Johnny was her surprise for them. He consoled them and obviously gifted them what we see in the video. Loved it, he was sincerely moved by their story. Sobbing. The world does not deserve this man, but he's the man the world needs right now. There need to be more people with empathy, kindness and a heart like Johnny's. I could feel his heart aching listening to her story, you could see just how much he wanted to be able to fix everything for all three of them as best as he could. I've been a fan of Johnny since Angels of the Law, but one thing that in recent years I realize and makes me love him even more is to realize that he is very affectionate with people with touch. He has no problem touching people, hugging, holding hands, squeezing the shoulder, kissing on the cheek ... And he does it with fans, family, friends, co-workers and people he thinks needs a touch, a touch . This is incredible, being an artist and from a cold country. It is very extraordinary.
