As unbiased as I attempt to be throughout this case, the more I watch and rewatch his many interviews, the clearer it becomes that he’s a genuine kind-hearted guy who has been taken advantage of by someone looking to take advantage of someone. No, he’s not a saint nor perfect. He’s just human. A remarkable human living a remarkable life.

Why do people think he is “crazy” or “nuts”?. He is more sane than most!! Highly intelligent even having left school early. He’s most definitely an old soul.

I wish Johnny will come out victorious from all the mess he is going through at this moment

It's kind of sad to look back at this interview, which was filmed two months prior to both his mum dying and his wife putting out a life-destroying lie about him, and to really see in him how much he's struggling. He's such a kind, gentle man who has flaws he admits to, which is a rare thing these days, and he's brought such joy and light to millions around the world who've suffered the darkness of this world. There's such deep wisdom there, and such self-deprecating humour, and to know now what else he's had to endure, it's heartbreaking. This whole interview has been beautiful to witness, delving into the mind and madness of Johnny Depp, and somehow coming out of it better than what was going in.

He is drawn to outcasts and portraying them as the humans they are. That is why we adore him.

After watching Johnny here I've honestly found a very deep respect for him. It has nothing to do with his acting, although amazing, it's his way of explanation of himself and his life. I think the man is a damn genius in his own madness and it's absolutely beautiful

He is the epitome of humble. A BEAUTIFUL man to behold...On the outside, he is loved for his looks and fame...On the inside, his heart and compassion compare to no other. His beauty cannot be mimicked or stolen. He doesn't even know the legend that he is- that's what makes him extraordinary.

I have been an admirer of Johnny since I was 3 years old and saw him on screen for the first time.. I'm now almost 30 and I find that over the years I just admire him more and more.. from visiting kids in the hospital (I lost my 4 year old to Congenital Heart Disease in 2019) to every single character that he has created that has been unique and special, to his other artistic talents, music, drawing etc.. I have always appreciated him and his work. I am so glad to see him getting back into the spotlight after the mess with his psycho ex that shall not be named. I honestly thought I couldn't love him any more than I already do but I was proved wrong after watching this.. from one artistic weirdo to another, please keep being your wonderfully weird self.. 🖤 P.s. JD ages like a fine wine and anyone who says differently is an ass.

I have a son who was a sensitive, creative, brilliant person. He also self-medicated, but did not party. When he wanted to try to live life with out the substances, it was too late. He had developed mental illness, delusions, paranoia. He did not lose his creativity, but he did lose his life. Madness can bring out the beauty in a person, but there is a fine line between that beauty and the ugliness that needs to be soothed with the drugs. Madness has a sort of duality that I have been struggling to understand since Mason's suicide. Had he channeled his madness more into his creativity; had he accepted the beauty of his mind, rather than trying to ease its constant generating...would he still be alive? This was an interesting interview.

Poignant "the Truth at all cost" this is why he was not afraid to take his case to Court with the world watching, he does not fear the Truth.

Justice is served! I’m so happy that the jury saw him as the incredible human he is. He has such high emotional intelligence! Justice for Johnny and all victims of DV. This trail set a precedent! No matter how the media keeps is spinning their lies Mr. Depp has great life long friends and his family and many people around the world support him no matter what!

Johnny Depp is one of the few people I could listen to for hours. He seems like such a wise and fascinating person.

One just have to love the person John. He gives a glorious face to us with ADHD. He always was and always will be the mighty king of the screen!

I've always believed that Edward Scissorhands was exactly who Johnny Depp is. It's great to hear him say that.

And to think he was living a life of hell with Amber at the time this was recorded. He was tormented but still put on a brave face and entertained this crowd.

My son was affected by domestic violence, abuse and neglect. I feel Johnny's pain but I am so glad that he fight to find justice because set an example for others, justice system and victims because sometime the victims don't get justice especially if they are man. My son suffers from knowing he's different. He's now 33 years old. And he's struggled sense he was around the age of 13 knowing that he doesn't fit in to the standard world. He's brilliant! I'm sure Johnny's creativity and own madness drives him insane and isn't easy to live in terms of living with himself plus the tinnitus too, if it's really bad; it's not easy, but dumping all that has come with AH and now the trial in VA, it's a wonder he doesn't truly lose his mind. I truly hope that Johnny will be happier or happy down the road and that he will finish his days in strength and knowing how loved he is, how it's impossible not to love him; his warmth is tangible.
