If there’s one name that’s been inthe news a lot recently, it’s #Johnny Depp. Having found success on both the small screen and big, his most recent starring role seems to be that of an ex-husband on the witness stand. The cameras in the courtroom seem to capture his every move as though they’re going to use the footage in a documentary. But there’s one aspect of his life that seems to get overlooked, at least publicly that is - his #fitness journey. Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t think anyone would ever
accuse Johnny Depp of being out of shape. The guy is approaching 60 and has managed to keep a pretty svelte figure for the past few decades. However it’s not for lack of hardwork and strict #dieting. Sure, he’s had some wild nights on the town - the stuff of tabloid fodder, but when it comes to #fitness and staying in shape, Johnny Depp is committed. And let’s remember, working out involves more than just hitting the gym and lifting weights. For example, when prepping for the role of Captain Jack Sparrow, Depp learned how to swordfight - a physically demanding challenge that he not only stuck to but aced. But yes, despite being one of the most in-demand actors on the planet and going from one movie set to another, Depp still manages to squeeze in about 3 to 4 #workouts a week. But what exactly does he do to maintain that leading man physique? That’s what we’re gonna discuss and, in the process, see if that can’t spark some #motivation in us as well. #Healthy body, healthy mind might be an overused phrase, but it rungs true. And for Johnny’s healthy body, he starts off his routine with a jog. Nothing too extravagant, just a mile trek to warm things up.#celebrity workout
