Based on their reactions, they seem like they deal with high level cases with professional norms. Where Amber's team (at least some, others were obviously just doing their job) seemed like a bunch of clowns. But Amber's team apparently does some work in DC. So who knows what horrors they've worked with. That may have been what made Amber choose them.

But this just shows how much great of a mentor he is - not only can you gain tons of knowledge from him, see you on equal footing and give you the well deserved opportunity but also get to bond with him! Benjamin Chew is the dad most people wish they had growing up. He's kind, he's principled, he is firm but gentle in tone. He's the dad you would feel bad for disappointing. Don't think for a minute that on a certain level he was not feeling paternal for Johnny Depp. In private chambers Johnny probably got a few stern lectures, but Ben clearly had his back.

I love love love the jovial side of Ben Chew. He had a stuffed alpaca in his suit coat pocket, given to him during one of the trial days, as he was walking in to court. He is sharp and spoke with clinical presicion on closing statements. They were confident that the facts were on their side, and this was Amber's case to lose. At the end of the day, a 7 person jury is a mythical creature.... We can only hope they come to the reasonable verdict. They truly did, and I'm happy for the team...

What a fun thing to do while waiting. This is one ofcthe most awesome law firms. There is a closeness and camaraderie that is not by accident. Kudos to Mr. Chew for setting this wonderful standard.

He has been so soft spoken and relaxed in these interviews compared to when he was in Court. He was trying to save a man's life so he had to turn on his aggressive side and fight. I am glad Johnny had this team because they believed in him and fought hard.

I still remember when he slipped a note to Vasquez while she was grilling Amber Heard during cross about the 7M "pledged" vs. "donated." I had a feeling that the note was about how Heard had the full 7M for 13 months before Johnny Depp sued her because Vasquez brought up this fact (point) shortly after the note exchange. This man is top-notch at what he does.

That tells you the degree of the tension they were feeling when they play monopoly of all games to calm down. That is one of the tensest, cut throat games there is.

They have so much class. Not gloating about the win. Just stating the facts . Not once they pointed fingers on her lawyers. This is called professionalism. They could have said lot of stuff about her and her lawyers . RESPECT .justice has been served. World is happy.
