It’s common knowledge that the accuracy of a witness lowers over time and it’s very important to listen to the questions and answer only with what you know. I think she answered what she knew about her own personal life, and is careful not to jump to conclusions to only what she had witnessed. Slowing down like that is the best thing you can do…. What are they asking and what will answer my question? Are they asking the correct question or are they misinterpreting my answer? She was a great witness… very believable. I think she understood it was “her” testimony. Not depps, and not heards.

For an hour and a half she could tell us chapter and verse about the mid-1960s through 1990s and then when it gets Depp's drug use she could not recollect a single thing about the 2010s? Lots of words about how she organised things for Johnny, Vanessa and children and not one word about how she welcomed Amber into their family. This woman is more than old enough to be Amber's mother never mind sister-in-law. Christi was his personal manager and isn't ironic that didn't like seemed annoyed at being involved in Depp's personal matter? Constantly using the word "we" who is "we". Was she constantly talking about staff or who? Now riddle me this if Depp couldn't go and buy a book as she testified who in this long litany of "we" the staff was bringing Depp drugs? And why in god's name was it wrong for a wife to confront her partner about his drug use? Why she should go softly softly on confronting Depp. By Christi's own testimony the children were around every second week. BTW lots and lots of nose rubbing when she lies.

Her psychologist had to do sessions with him and her separated because he couldn't finish a sentence when Amber was in the same room. It was supposed to be therapy for both and normally couples go there together. His sister told how they had to speak very calming and watch every word around Amber. This is when you are with a choleric person and Amber is a fully-developed psychopath. She did drink two bottles of wine every day and she did lines of cocaine. As she had Johnny with the money she could do drinks and drugs without limitation.

For example, she could have said, I wanted to tell him if he's doing any of those things, he should stop because Amber seems to be after you. Her answers are convoluted and not believable. To say I told him to stop using drugs but I didn't think he was using them just sounds implausible and dishonest.

They get specific training on how to brake a witness. Asking the same question over and over again is a technique. Very simple and very effective. Just ask your boyfriend several times what he did today. He will answer and every time more details. Ask him how he felt and explain him after you try this. If JDs sister never was in front of a court, how would she be prepared? She did great. She did not brake. She did not want to harm her brother and she had to stay to the truth as she spoke under oath. She managed to tell how Amber terrorized the whole family. Did you even listen to it? She said they all learned how to speak very pacifying around Amber. So in words for you to understand, they couldn't speak like normal family.
