Clearly the people who are making false claims didn’t read the boy who cried wolf.

I think false claims should be a crime since you put it in the court.

She lied and abused a law that was used to help women from abuse and BECAUSE OF HER now the real victms are going to have always a clound of doubt. On another hand, a thousand men that are falsely acused without any single proof can see that there are hope

I think people often believe men are victims but shame them because they weren't "man enough" or they ridicule them. Women on the other hand also get shamed but not for the same reasons. A lot of time in rape situations, men get belittled and women get slut-shamed for what they were wearing. It's honestly disgusting in both cases.

Everyone keep in mind that the only counter claim that Amber won was due to a 'defamatory' comment made by Johnny's lawyers. Not any action he personally took against her, unlike Amber towards him.

i think the video was more about us(the internet) than amber and johnny. a part of me wonders if johnny didn't play captain jack sparrow would he have gotten as much support as he did. like are people mad at amber because johnny's innocent, or because they won't get another pirates of the caribbean movie.

Honestly, I'm not as knowledgable of the drama as others are but there is one thing I hate about these types of stuff. Modern Day Cancel Culture is truly contagious and dissasterious. Now its just that the roles are reversed, the media and people are harassing and piling up on amber instead, and its like, "have you learned nothing"? the takeaway should have been a reflection on how the media polarises and controversialises events for the sake of clicks and getting stories circulating, instead of "we're piling up on jonny? awesome imma join in'! and then "oh? we're piling up on amber now? aite, imma join in!" I also feel like since we're constantly harassing her, it makes other victims of domestic abuse (not saying she is or not, just saying how she claims sheis a victim of domestic abuse and how others who also wants to make a claim could be scared by the outcome of her trial.)
