One of my favorites has always been Johnny, and that smoooooooth voice of his! If I could sing like that, I'd probably have to beat the ladies away with a stick. Anyhow, here's a song of his that's good but rarely-if-ever heard today. Reached #70 in 1969.

So cool! My sister dated Johnny back when he played at a bar (forgot the name) near Proctor, Texas. It was around late 60's.

This particular chart entry by Johnny is not one that I'm familiar although I'm very well acquainted with his biggies like "Thinking Of A Rendezvous" # 1 in 1976 which was recorded as a duet with Janie Fricke. The rarely heard single featured here is a real gem and deserved a much higher placing on the charts.
