Johnny Griffin Quartet 2001 - A Night In Tunisia 

The great Kenny Washington! In December 2001 I was the drummer on the Cunard cruise ship the Royal Viking Sun. Kenny was playing with the Bill Charlap trio in the Lounge . After we finished playing the show I would go over to the lounge and listen to Kenny with the trio. I got to speak and hang out with Kenny. A great musician and great guy. He signed my ride cymbal too.

This is awesome I was a little kid when this was going on and now I'm playing with Johnny Griffin's bass player Mr John Webber!
