​@gingerale3070 Yeah, I picked up on that. Every time he said "Johnny," I cringed. Nobody calls him Johnny, they call him "Knoxville." And his name is "PJ" anyway. But it was a great show and I enjoyed it very much. It came together in the end.

The name he actually goes by irl is P.J. not Phil, and yeah you'll hear it in the bts. But people do call him Johnny, just not the Jackass guys. It's his professional name and actors and directors he works with often call him that.

@katellama6348 I think you're right. My mistake. It is PJ. But it's like answering to different nicknames in your personal life. If you hear one of your names and you don't know who is calling you, you can often tell who the person is or how close they are to you. At least that's what happens to me. I remember watching David Letterman with Kid Rock on his show and he said "Hi Bob!" Because of course, his real name is Robert Ritchie. So I know that anyone who calls Knoxville "Johnny" doesn't know him personally and isn't much familiar with his work, because all the Jackass crew and other professional associates call him "Knoxville" on camera, at least now. They used to call him PJ off camera. Nobody who knows him well calls him "Johnny" because that's not his name.
