What the hell is wrong with the music companies ??? Why is this person not a superstar today?

I'm very new to Johnny's music, I find it comforting I discovered it the same time I moved back into my family's home only to find my sister had cancer. Only her and I n my worthless drunk younger brother were there n very few friends. She lasted 5 n a half months I took care of her till the day she's died. So many men n this Cat's Music n a Marbol will take me to the end of my street with a Smile.

Incredibly underrated music

Marr’s solo work is much stronger than it gets credit for. There are some real classics. This sounds like it could’ve come straight off a James album… especially the verse more so than the chorus.

Talented man , underated and he was the Smiths for me , incredible guitar that suited Morrissey's poetry , glad he's stepped out of Morrissey's shadow and making great music again

In a gym a few nights ago, a video by this man was playing on the TVs. I stopped and recognized it as the sort of rock-pop guitar that I like. So I tried to remember his name. The first thing I did at the end of the workout, while still in the gym, was do a search on him on my phone, to find out who he was, so I could give the song my undivided attention when I got home. However, by the time I arrived home, I had forgotten. Then sometime the next day, I remembered that there was this awesome song I'd heard. I rummaged around in my memory, but I simply couldn't recall. I could remember only that it was a one-syllable last name, and that he was previously associated with some _other_ big rock name. But, like some detective, I kept trying to recover from my memory who it was. Then this. I discovered that Google keeps all of your searches, and I spent the next few hours trying to recover that search. The approximate time of the search was another clue. When his name came up, it was like I had struck gold. What fun. I've spent the last hour going from one video to the other. I love this guy. Of course, I feel like I'm the last to know. Better late than never.

Wow - my computer picked up Johnny Marr at a BBC Broadcast and the sound is fantastic, band sounds great! I haven't seen them since their Roseland show last year and this is like a Gift from the Gods!!!

The big break around 1:00 in sounds exactly like the one in Morrissey's Everyday Is Like Sunday. You can practically sing that song over this one. Though I absolutely love Johnny's music, I find it curious how they mimic each other to this day.
