Marr's live performances are of very high quality and shows that he has always been a fairly passionate and serious artist. In other words, he has much self respect and highly values his audience.
Best track on the album for guitar.... It just soars on that solo ...loads of other good stuff on there though to keep everyone happy.... see you on tour!!!
The records are great but pretty much every track I have heard this incredible band play live sounds better than the studio version. They absolutely nail it here. Phenomenal.
Johnny Marr is such a naturally cool guitar player but he is certainly not a natural singer. When he sings he looks false and he sounds false but I absolutely love him as a guitar player though.
Valid point, and it is a shame he has to curtail the fabulous extended guitar solo to sing the chorus- but it doesn't detract from the greatness of this track.
