Johnny Zest's Trailer \\ Renovating EA || The Sims 4: Speed Build 

My sim was engaged to and pregnant by Johnny and then he died in a horrible dryer fire, on WINTERFEST :( it was so sad, I actually cried! She has never really moved on and is raising their daughter (that looks just like him) alone. She has reached the top of the entertainment career though! Love your vision here :)

There's just something about SimLicy builds that are so different than other builds. Idk if its just me but whenever I see one of her builds I'm always suprised that there is no CC because they just look so nice and different.

you saying you want to build more trailor homes, you could always use a larger lot and do a whole trailor park?? id love to see that, ive not seen anyone do that before

I’m definitely gonna use Johnny for get famous he’s finally going to get somewhere with his career and prove his family wrong. I can’t wait to revamp the trailer to be super nice and more like a tiny home than a trashy trailer. I might also move his trailer to Del Sol Valley since it is mobile after all. Amazing build! So detailed as always!

I'd love to see a trailer home for an elderly couple! Many elders get themselves a trailer (at least where I'm from) and travel the world or, at least, the places they want with it. They often look REALLY mix-matched because some furniture is from their old home and some from when they got the trailer and others from their travels. That'd be sooo cute!!! I wouldn't add an animal, personally seen, because it seems to be a bit too much work for two elder who want to spend their "end" together seeing the world.

that poker table and card poster made me think it would be so cool if you did a casino-like (maybe lounge in game??) build in oasis springs. it fits so well. love the video as always. and the way you yourself mismatch things absolutely makes sense. this house has so much personality now.

I miss the gameplay packs! I get the most use out of them. I wish they'd skipped on stuff packs and focused more on the expansions and gameplays! I've never wanted to use this lot but you made it look so good. I love how you give every home a personality 👍🏼

Yay! I like this a lot better than the old one! Especially with the wallpaper on the outside and the windows, it's easier on the eyes lol

My favorite stuff pack from the Sims 2 was the IKEA collab one xD I would freaking LOVE if they would do that again for the Sims 4. Cheap but nice looking stuff for starter homes. Also I could realistically build my own house since it's filled with about 70% ikea stuff xD

I love it! :D Johnny on my game has a pet fox and raccoon. He seemed like the kind of guy xD

i live in a tiny rural town in the middle of nowhere in central alberta, and in the summer this is exactly what people’s homes look like. like the poker table on the deck with the stereo on the deck is so accurate and idyllic. and the folding chairs near the fire pit with the cooler is just perfect, it captures exactly what summer is like in a small town trailer park

I have remodeled his trailer more than any other home in the sims lol. I've even made entire trailer park on that lot. So fun!

I really like this build! Its so fun and fits Johnnys personality perfectly! Looking forward to see more trailer builds! I think it would look nice with another trailer near Johnnys like a little trailer neighbourhood. Because his trailer looks a little out of place amongst all the houses🤔❤️

Omg yes I think this is the first place we all reno in Oasis Springs lol 😆 it certainly is very trailer looking in the beginning 😭 I love the washing machine on the porch....I grew up in a trailer and ours was on the porch along with a deep freezer 😂 and we also didnt have a dryer just a clothes line 😎🙌👌

For the sims that'll be in the file, will you be creating relationships among them? I know you'll be giving them jobs and skills but will one neighbor have a crush on another neighbor? Will some of the kids in willow Creek be friends? Also I was wondering if you're going to make Johnny actually related to the landgrabbs or are you gonna just pretend they are like EA did? (pls don't take that as shade, I can easily change it on my own, I was just wondering if you're going to do it)

We all play the game so differently , I’ve used some of your ideas Lucy , but as you’ve mentioned. Some things in rooms or your houses you can’t get passed or use . They all look much more realistic and true life . I tend to keep layouts and outdoors the same but game play is difficult.

I’m in LOVE with this build! I’ve been doing a lot of builds like this in my game and the way we build trailers is very similar 😊 I can’t wait to see more! 💚

Hahaha the "anatomy" figure is a version of a character from the My Sim series (on the wii and nintendo). I think his name was Buddy or something. (Lowkey Mysims kingdom was an absolute banger game!)

I adore how much thought you put into Johnny and his personality for this build. :) He's one of my favorite Maxis sims but his house was always so drab. I can't wait to see his chihuahua! Very nice job, I love how lived-in this place looks.

This video is a month old so who knows who will see this but as a person who lives in a trailer you don't have to fill it with shabby cheap stuff. It is, at least in the Midwest, more expensive to live in a trailer than it is to live in an apartment. My uncle had to move down here to be closer to family due to health reasons in the past few years and his new trailer cost him over 60k on top of $900/month rent which is more than the average rent for a one bedroom apartment in my city. Trailer's used to be way cheaper in the past but now it's a stupidly expensive thin house that you have to pay rent on on top of buying the dang thing because you have to own the building and rent the land and unlike apartments you have to fix everything yourself.

Yes!! This build is so amazing and looks like it fits Johnny's personality so much more! I would love to see more trailers in this neighborhood. I also like how there are so many activities and skill building things to do outside! Great job!

The song in the Before-After part sounds like Johnny actually sang that but first he wrote it in his journal. Some lyrics match a bit with this too. "Dog we finally have" Yep he do got one. I mean We means him but if it's in his Journal then it's fine.

I only just come across you with this video and I’m kicking myself that I hadn’t see you sooner, I adore that you Reno the lots in a realistic manner. I know it’s just a game and people can obviously do what they want but I love that you keep the floor plan the same/ similar and even kept in mind the placement of the windows- I’m a big fan. I love watching other people do fixer uppers as well where they just completely gut the place and it low key breaks my heart haha. I know it may seem lame but when I do it I even include things like “oh can’t move that wall it’s load bearing” I couldn’t have hit the subscribe button any harder.

you should do like a "renovated" trailer/double wide. one of my friends own one and you'd never believe it was a trailer... like a trailer that still has some trailer-y parts. like one of the "spare" bedrooms can sill have the wooden paneling and carpet and maybe the "main" parts (living room, kitchen) can be more "renovated/modern" with woodfloors etc etc

it looked so depressing at first. definitely gave it some style and fun! love this!!!

I used to live in a caravan park and we just called them cabins mine was very similar to this just with an extension on the side of it and wheels

This turned out soooo good! Besides this being like perfect for a Rags to Riches with the new expansion, I got a lot of Riverdale vibes especially from the living room/kitchen area :D It looks so similar to FP's and Jughead's Trailer! And I can definetly see Jug in the kiddie pool, just with his beanie and his boxers, trying to cool down in the heat :D I'm in love with this :D

It ended looking amazing, great job! I love trailer houses as they are really cute, so... I would say go for It andbuild an entire neighborhood into a trailer park. Also, in Sims 4 Get Famous we get to see the return of Dirk Dreamer and Dustin Broke. Not sure If you know them (new subscriber, heyyy) but in Sims 2 the Broke family was... Guess what... Broke. They use to live in a trailer park in Pleasantview, Dustin was a teen back then. But, Dustin is not the good boy type, i guess that Henrique became famous and kinda forgot about his family. Would be cool you included his mom and his two brothers in that trailer park, i dont think that they added them, just Dustin, but i would love to see you recreating them and kinda rebuildint their trailer and showing how It changed overdose the years as well as they moved to Oasis Springs...

How do you make your objects stay floating in air so that you can place them anywhere on counters? They immediately fall to the floor even with moveobjets on. I can’t figure that out to save my life. But this remodel was amazing! I loved the kitchen the most
