How's this "Diversity" & "DEI" working out?

It’s working out wonderfully in most industries across Maryland, the US, and most of western civilization. The opposite of diversity would be homogeneity. Is that what you’d prefer? Explain how that homogeneous group would look, since you enjoy bitching about it so much.

@@deshaunx776 since this is Hopkins medicine if my life was on the line I'd prefer 10 Jewish Doctors figuring out how to save me over Black "Affirmative Action" Doctors in the name of "Diversity"

Wow. That’s a lot to unpack. Somehow black doctors aren’t as well trained as Jews in your opinion. And somehow Jews are bad but they are 10 times better than blacks. I’m thinking 20 well trained black, Jewish, Indian, Chinese and Arab doctors should refuse you service and you can go on a search for a good white Christian hospital before your heart gives out. 😂

People that have and used Affirmative action are calling out unfair privileges? This is like Lebron James talking about Blanco privilege when he is born and blessed with suxh athletic natural talents in a league with people born with special privileges like his. Same with other sports. But Johns Hopkins is a great school in an awful violent city. It was created and maintained by not the homies.

White women benefitted more from Affirmative Action than anyone else. Black people didn’t care about losing it, they cared that they were being blamed for its existence in the first place. We know you want a return to slavery, and under president Trump, you might get what you want. But please stop lying on black people to defend the hate in your heart.

I knew someone who worked with students and privy to their grades. I asked her, how well does the average JHU students do grades wise. She told me the majority graduate by the skin of their teeth.

Her comments weren’t bigoted at all. She was doing her job. She tried to educate those too fragile to be educated. She did what she was tasked to do then was hung out to dry by the weak minded people that brought her in. She resigned because she deserves better. John’s Hopkins doesn’t deserve a Chief Diversity Officer. They should do a national search for a Corporate Uncle Tom.

I don't believe she was being bigoted either. Harsh reality is a hard pill to swallow. To fix things we must be able to receive the truth. There are under currents of privilege in America that certain groups get to have. And wow the only argument is affirmative action that research shows benefited other people groups outside of black Americans. So it really isn't an argument of depth. Blessings I love your comment.

Weird comment. How does labeling almost everyone as privileged help anyone?
