Plain Flour / Maida - 1 1/2 cup / 200g
Milk Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Milk & Butter to brush
For Hot Dog Patty
Potato - 4-5 (preferably - Indori Kufri Chipsona or Jyoti)
Fresh Coriander Leaf - 1 tbsp chopped
Chopped Green Chilli - 2
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Besan - 4-5 tbsp (Use Rice Flour if Potato is Sticky or Starchy)
Oil - to fry
Imli Chutney / Tomato Sauce, Green Chutney, Onions Sliced and Oil to toast!
