On joie website “Easy installation with ISOFIX & top tether when using in forward facing group 1 mode”. Does this mean isofix can only be used for group 1 ?
Great car seat. I love that it's extended rear facing. Sometimes people have a bit of trouble lengthening the harness: you have to put your thumb in the hole in front of the buckle part and press on the metal clip, while pulling the shoulder straps. It took me a while before I could do it smoothly.
I think when it's used in group 3 mode it's just too easy for the seat to move around, and this version isn't isofix compatible either , and no isofix base is available for it.
2:43 "Shoulder harness slots must be even with child's shoulders" How have you got the shoulder slots so high? I have the same chair but there is no way the slots are that high.
The devil himself or at least a person who loves torture invented this chair. Love how quick and easy this video makes it look. Try this with two other car seats or even a booster seat beside it and try not bruise your hand. I can't wait until my youngest is done with this seat
When using it as forward facing, and strapping the seat with the car seat belt; how can I adjust the recline of the seat? This is as it doesn’t recline as the back is flush against the car seat.
I find it personally so annoying getting my wriggling boy into the seat with that seatbelt in the way! Better of spending an extra 60 quid and getting the isofix one
It's absolutely garbage this seat. Its so unsafe for an infant. Shakes and moves so easily. Would honestly feel safe with a newborn in my arms in the car
