The City of St. Paul Park is located in Washington County, Minnesota. The St. Paul Park Police Department (SPPD) serves almost 5,500 citizens and is located is on the east bank of the Mississippi River, five miles downstream from St. Paul. SPPD is a full service law enforcement agency, providing service seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Police dispatch is provided by the Washington County Sherriff's Department.
