1st - Yes u only need to show Consolidated marksheet of last semester. + degree Certificate 2. Only Chief medical officers of state are gazetted please ask first whether he/she is gazetted officer or not. SDM or DM has to verify the signature done by gazetted officer. So yes SDM signature is necessary not for Character certificate But for Verification of the signature done by Gazz. officer
