war of rights is the only game i've been able to hop on and lead 50 players who actually did what i said. it can be somewhat empty at times, but when you get a full server there is no other game like it
@@bulletproofweasel i have. holdfast is more like battlefield everyone just goes in. war of rights is much more hardcore when it comes to group actions
I love Jason (the 1st Delaware salesman) he’s Danish and our best recruiter. Most of the time if you just tell people you’re not interested in joining a group, they’ll leave you alone. War of Rights is a fun game, but definitely needs more work
i just ended up joining one asking how to change my name tag so it showed then never talked to them again that way other people stopped bugging me to join theres
@@skullcrusher1o165 "Isonzo" is a Great WW1 game..several EU and US servers full in the evening in the peak time .. there are Also bots, but are weird
War of Rights, Beyond the Wire, and Post Scriptum... 3 of the best games on their genres, full of immersion and amazing details, developed with total passion and soul...and yes, brutally underrated with an extremely empty playerbase.... it´s a really pity how players can not appreciate literally masterpieces like this, it seens like no one wants to enjoy realistic fps thematic war games anymore.
I agree that those games are all amazing, but Post Scriptum (now Squad 44) and War of Rights are doing well these days. War of Rights is at the point now where we fill up a 300 player server every night with large private events going simultaneously. War of Rights has been growing steadily, and I hope that Squad 44 has been doing the same, though I play it far less. These realistic historical games are niche by definition, they will never have the player bases of big studio titles designed to appeal to everyone but that's okay. Still enough folks that want an immersive battle experience to keep the fires lit.
@@BroMottohll is trash asf its basically a ww2 battlefield nobody communicates cause it’s cross play which is better for the player population but it’s trash for actual people who like to play cooperative games
My definition has always been if you need to attend an organised event and can no longer just hop on and play then its a dead game. I think these games apply since you can no longer play them as intended on most days (full or near full server). not sure about War of Rights though as i've not played it.
It all depends what time you play War of Rights, hit peak time for Americans and you will find 300 players on a public server. Admittedly only one but it’s full and you see what the gameplay should be.
@xXBisquitsXx I play a lot of war of rights and there is almost always a 100-200 player server you can join, sometimes two. Not the largest community but far from a dead game.
How do you plan to get on board thousands of players ( or just few hundred, at lñeast that you need) to revive the games? is it not a task for developers to promote their games and offer better products?. you can try if you are bored. Maybe the delusion of thinking to can achieve such a thing is fun enough to fill up dead time for yourself. It is not realistic. They are 'dead' for a reason. Find out the reason first to find the solution after. Then come back and tell us more.
You gave me a idea from the, "staying alive for a entire Hell let loose match." Video. I HAVE to do that in Enlisted with a freind. I say Saving Private Ryan teir performance from that video. Much love brother ❤
1:51 that's me saying "oh my gosh" , I was one of the officers that round and we ended up winning (I think) Thanks for checking out WOR, and usually the union tends to be the more explicit side. My thanks - 6th LA shark
I don't consider War of Rights dead... it's always been pretty hit or miss if trying to play outside of peak hours. Loved watching you play it though Husk... would love more content from WoR.
I agree, seems like War of Rights has actually picked up quite a bit lately. It's not uncommon to have 200+ players in a pub server even during non peak times.
Z as in z... Lol Thanks so much for the laughs. I saw you in sq44 just today. Wonder if you were fishing for this vid. But those 2 guys in war of rights friend requested. Lol!
I've been playing War of Rights on and off for 5 years. And during certain hours of the day and/or night it can be a bit empty. But it seems to me to have more concurrent players on average than most modern AAA live services and shooters which get abandoned only a couple months after release.
I gotta say man War of Rights has to be the most beautiful almost photo realistic games ive played in a while. Ive been playing for 3 years and sometimes the sunset in the games takes me aback and I just love seeing the sun shine through the flags its honestly amazing. I just wished the movement in this game wasnt like walking on ice cubes. I mean you let go of W and your character takes a while to stop. Movement is stiff and all but I love this game.
Sadly “War of Rights” servers are sometimes empty and you simply can’t play, but there is honestly no game like it. As a Civil War nerd I am 100% willing to schedule some time on a Friday night to play this game with a full 300 player lobby.
If you want to play war of rights you do legitimately gain a lot by joining a regiment and catching the private events. Pubs are hit or miss but regiment play is the real game as far as im concerned. I understand not wanting to do it since making it for events at set times is sometimes a hassle.
War of rights is probably the least dead game, the player base hasn’t really changed since its inception and you can always find a full or nearly full server
u do great contents! watched couple your hell let loose movies. i think i never need watch any war movies anymore, u got em all in positive way as any gamer see from your content :D thinked couple days ago i buy that game, but im 5 year late to buy it, just because games dying. i hope u do more fun contents future too.
I dunno man I was just playing squad 44 15 min ago. Probably while video was being uploaded. It’s an awesome game. New developers, it’s getting better. Some room for adjustment obviously. But it’s a solid game
The main issue is that many people lost faith in the game and left for other games a long time ago, mostly to Hell Let Loose. And now the new devs are trying to get players back but it has died down back because much has been promised but not much has been implemented. Of course, nobody expects the devs to implement all the new features and changes overnight but the main issue is that people who were interested already bought the game, and newcomers either don't buy or refund the game when they discover that the population is low and that Hell Let Loose has more players. Squad 44 biggest problem is that Hell Let Loose exists with an average of 10,000 (24-hour peak) player pop against Squad 44 population of 534 (24-hour peak) The game may not be bad but it doesn't have high player numbers, so why would someone who is looking for a WW2 MilSim shooter buy Squad 44 over Hell Let Loose? The biggest problem for Squad 44 right now is that many people who already own the game aren't playing it, they are playing Hell Let Loose and other games while awaiting for Squadd 44 to implement the changes, thereby contributing to the low player count, which in turn scare away potential new players, which means no new money to pay for the new changes to be implemented which continues the cycle. - Players want the new changes. - But the devs need money to implement the new changes. - No new players are buying the game because to few are playing it and they go and buy games like Hell Let Loose instead. In other words: 1. Players want growth of the game to play the game. 2. Devs want monetization to fund the growth of the game. 3. People don't buy the game because so few play the game. 1 Needs 2 to do something before returning. 2 Can only do it successfully if 3 pays for it. 3 Won't finance 2 before 1 is participating in the game at large. 1 needs 2 to act before it does, 2 needs 3 to act before it does, 3 needs 1 to act before it does, Solution?
@@vigetore9219 lol I get it. It’s just a better game. Hell let loose is too close to console based FPS like battlefield. It doesn’t command communication to be functional for a victory.
I like meeting foreigners on games. Crack some stereotype jokes, receive PTSD from combat, somehow loses the entire game because of our lack of seriousness, and boom you got a best friend from half way around the world… good times
I love the War of Rights. There are times when there is a good couple thousand players on deck. You are right. It is niche. Kind of like Chivalry and Mordhau.
You want dead game? Try "Red Orchestra", the old ones. There are like 20 guys who play the "Mare Nostrum" on that and they comment things like "Nice shot John!" when they get killed and such. Wholesome.
12:00 Im noob. But to leave the game you just press Escape and click disconnect.. It's basic standard PC game mechanics.. By the way, i just started playing Squad 44 , I wouldnt say it's dead whatsover, there are always at least 2 fully servers. Im not sure why there arent as many players here as in, in other games, but here are my thoughts: - you HAVE to use mic, some people just dont want to constantly speak - Many rules that will get you immediately banned if you dont follow them - Many squad leaders act like corporate managers with no soft skills/people skills, so they order you around like you are their servant - Many squad leaders kick you for no reason, or lock their squad - Just overall unfriendly/unwelcoming vibe from players Regardless, I still play the game as it is very realistic, immersive and engaging. Never played a more realistic ww2 simulator. Audio is phenomena, visual effects amazing,..etc
Hey husk! probably not gonna see this but I surely hope you do, I have been watching some of your videos alot and they actually made me get hell let loose when you were playing that game after that i got war of rights Its a really fun game and I don't consider it dead whatsoever there are up to 600 member battles averagely and its a lot of fun im in my own regiment If you decide to make more gameplay on war of rights let me know and I can show you some cool stuff about it. Regiments are more organized and have private battles that new members can join.
I have the most fun in games that are "dead". I play War of Rights, Isonzo, Day of Defeat, etc. If you actually enjoy the game, you appreciate the community more. Kinda like having a small friend circle.
ii wouldnt say post scriptum and war of rights are dead they just have a very small comunity the servers are pretty full on the weekends and on clan events
