I'm on the hi top train 100% now. For the longest time I was wearing dunks and Yeezy 350s etc etc all low tops. But now I'm completely converted, wear highs as much as possible.

I'd go a half size down if a half size is available. I'd assume a full size down would be too small. If your options are TTS or size down, I'd just go TTS because they're not crazy oversized or anything.
