I enjoyed this documentary, as it reminded me of the beautiful traditions and culture of the people of Africa that were lost due to colonization. It makes me love my continent and its beautiful people even more. I can relate this video to my childhood growing up in the village - it was beautiful, humble, respectful, and real.

They themselves lost their way long time ago. This is just a facade, a show. This land and animals belongs to white people. These hunters cant even hunt or kill a single animal without permission from the land owner.

My desi brother. I hate to break it to you but this land and all the animals in it belongs to white people. These hunters cant even hunt or kill animal without the permission from the land owner. Thats the hard cold fact. Its all a facade.

Kinda ironic how when he decided to “hang back for less noise” the birds didn’t get spooked despite arrows being missed by millimeters which ultimately led to a kill. It’s the worst going out for a hunt with someone who doesn’t understand the virtue of silence.

I'm 74 and have solo stalked Feral Hogs with a traditional bow since my 20's. Now, hunts in thick Texas brush country usually last 3 hours before I run out of energy. 60% of the time I do locate wild hogs in their bedding areas. Less than 10% of those hunts result in an arrow shot. Winds swirl. A crunchy footstep is heard. 30 pairs of eyes are on guard. Drawing an arrow for a clear shot is most often not. The experience is spiritual. Cathartic. These men are amazing. The real deal. How I would love to share a hunt. Would it be great if they could stalk our wild boar? When I do succeed, I fill the freezer with smoked sausage. Nothing like providing 100% protein for your family. Thank you for your videos. They are real and so interesting.

Now that is isolation . I use to hunt but I would starve to death or become prey there and the fire brush plante what a fantastic name for a plant and these people have no outside contact with the rest of the world wow ! It's like stepping back in time thousands of years !

What you call Old Skool hunting!! Like real old skool, like 40000+ years old skool hunting!! You can see the sustainability everywhere from all the hunting tools break down to no rubbish, only hunting enough for the group, no dogs as this would add to more food needed, this is going back to basics bloody amazing😎🇦🇺👍

Comments remain for 10s of years if you were surprised that someone would reply after two years you could maybe take it down… I mean that’s the whole point of comments, they are there to have your opinion out and for people to reply to them no matter how long ago it was. It is really pointless trying to clown a guy for being scared because he could be malled to death by a 65 pound cocaine sniffing house cat on roids with a very driven motive behind every kill and not to mention they have 2 inch teeth, 1 inch claws, with a 310 psi bite force and can run at speeds of 60kmp or 40mph, so yes we would all be scared to death. It would be interesting to have a form of exchange where some Hadza stay with southern African San people and the other way round. Observing & exchanging each others' skills, , enrich their cultures. , there would be lot to learn about ourselves. What happened when we encountered each other without fighting. They language sounds are similar but not related, it would be interesting to find out how they communicate. I would sponsor such a venture if I had the means.

Facts. They do know the behaviour of African wildlife better than any scientist or "expert" Reminds me when we used to go to my dad's village and go hunting with dogs. My village uncles and cousins could read an animals prints like a book, when it passed etc.

@@techbit7607 It's usually the younger leopards. The older ones just leave the porcupines . Experience has taught them to stay away but the young ones are more reckless or daring I guess. Usually they play a game of patience and wait till the porcupine makes a mistake and presents it's head and they grab it

a more perfect and modernized hunting technique/equipment would mean more kills and wastage/commercialization. The animals have survived this long because they are hard to kill, meaning the men are left with no options but to just kill what they need not more.

🤣i remember my first hunt for porcupine. the first time my dogs saw it come out of a barrow one of them ran away. the dogs that remained ddnt even help. i chased them on foot using a stick🤣

"60,000 years" ago would place them in late Neanderthal times, pre-homo sapien sapiens. The San don't look muc like Neanderthal. Would like to see the genetic studies on these folks.
