This is truly the highlight of my day, watching the two of you being so real, raw, down to earth and open sharing your lives with us! Chronologically, I’m considered “old” but in my heart I still feel young but being happily married for over 32 years, I can honestly tell you, you guys are doing it right! You can laugh with each other and at yourselves all while calling out flaws in a loving manner. My husband is still my absolute best friend and there’s no one I’d rather spend time with! We had 3 babies within 4 calendar years so life was busy and crazy for many years but we always made sure to have date nights or parents only vacations because my biggest fear was, getting so caught up in being parents that once the kids were grown, we wouldn’t know how to be just the two of us! Time goes by so fast so, enjoy every minute- even the hard times, keep laughing, talking and most importantly, don’t blink or it’ll have all happened without noticing! 🤗 Much love to you both! 💕

My comment here and it’s meant to be a positive, loving comment. I felt like the energy kind of off in this video. Like some mini-fighting and mini-frustration with each other and I LOVE THAT you guys still posted this. My husband and I have moments, days, and even weeks being in this mode. It’s hard. Marriage is hard. Not everything is 100/100. Sometime the energy dips and the convos don’t flow as well. I’m SO GRATEFUL that you posted this and I love the realness. An episode sharing practical tips to keep your marriage healthy would be awesome! I’m always looking to make my relationship with my spouse better. Maybe like a podcast episode sharing your tips and then doing a little crowd searching through your platforms and then share what others have said. Maybe bring in some experts (parents, therapists, whatever) to share some really good tips! I just think so much of your audience is like me. Young, married, with kids. The struggles you have, we have. Keep being real. Thank you for your imperfections and vulnerability (especially last episode). You guys are my fav to listen to while I clean, hang out with my little toddler, or during drives. My husband isn’t in the loop, but he even asks if we can listen to “that cute married couple” when I’m asking what we should listen to. We relate and love you guys!!! ❤

You should definitely have your families on your podcast sometime! That would be so fun! Also, I love how you talk about the ups and downs of marriage, and how sometimes even after you’re married, you’re like did I make a mistake? Is there something wrong with me? I think that’s so important for people to hear that it’s normal to have those thoughts and that it absolutely doesn’t mean your marriage is falling apart… it’s just that you’re dealing with some hard times that you’ll eventually get through.

This is hilarious. So my hubby and I got married in the Bahamas with just our parents and siblings. But it was like our marriage honeymoon combo..... Sharing your honeymoon with your family is so AWKWARD... Lmao. We are like trying to find times to sneak away and have time to ourselves, we are sneaking shots and and having fun every chance we get without like being awkward in front of our family. But when you're in an all inclusive resort their entertainers are like constantly trying to make the most of special occasions, so like they are constantly calling us out and one of them started like noticing when we'd sneak off to the room and called out to the resort like 'daaamn again???' we died inside cause suddenly our families were like 'they do keep disappearing....' it was hilarious. They also had us dance and sing and all kinds of things to make it fun but also was so embarrassing lmao!! It was unforgettable.

I haven’t sat down to listen to this one yet but just noticed, Matt got a hair cut 💁🏻‍♀️ looks nice! You two bring soo many laughs and smiles! Editing: to say I’ve now listened to the whole thing. 1st, Abby, your nails are soooo cute 😊 2nd I totally had a different fluctuation of hormones and moods both times, first was our son ( we didn’t find out what we were having until we delivered) and I was verrrrrry high emotions the whole time ( totally normal as we are women not used to testosterone flowing and mixing in our hormones lol) and our second was our daughter and my “moods” were much more level while carrying her. Lastly, a podcast with any of the grandparents or grandmothers would be sooooo fantastic!!
