This was great! Thank you Josh for speaking up for those that may have social anxiety in situations. I’m a quiet person by nature and I feel misunderstood a lot especially in social situations. I worry that people will think I’m mean if I don’t try to act more bubbly but in the end that ends up so draining and isn’t my authentic self. Not everyone is super outgoing and I hope we can normalize that! :)
I was like this for many years! You just have to be comfortable with participating in conversations and life by practicing and know that the people who misunderstand you are not your people! 💛 and by no means am I an extrovert now, but I’ve learned to be less anxious & more confident in my quietness !

Social anxiety obviously doesn’t benefit you but it’s a mental disorder that is hard to battle. Of course some people are just dicks lol but honestly as someone who is an introvert/socially anxious I always give sangrona vibes unfortunately 😞
