Sorry for discontinuing IPC I got more interested in international at that time. Will complete the series later, but ya you have to manage for 3rd December NET without it. And I'll suggest that focus on only paper 1 for today and tomorrow.

I have a question in Barendra kumar Ghosh case there was no pre arranged plan, no on the spot meeting of mind and no similiar intention. Barendra kumar Ghosh was unaware of that murder but why he held liable for murder ?????

Yes I have the same doubt! Like how'd him being held liable for murder would sustain when the other 3 people murdered the post master but Biren was only guarding the door thinking they would loot him. There is no meeting of minds. Or it could be that there is some info not mentioned in the video

Bhai apki dono video dekhi ye sec 34 bhi sec 120 A bhi.... To bhai ji pre meeting of mind yani ek tarah se conspiracy to ho gayi....ye alag alag kyu hai fir.... Common intention hogi tabhi to conspiracy hogi.... To alag alag section ki kya zaroorat thi...mujhe inme difference samajh nahi aaya....dono video dekhne par... Please help

Section 34 is just a rule of evidence, not an offence in itself, 120A is an offence in itself.

Sir, I wanted to ask that will a person be held liable for unlawful assembly even if he is not present there physically, like if he is funding that unlawful assembly from some other place or in any way passively providing aid to such assembly...can he also be held liable?

@@masterscavelaw person is liable here physical presence in not necessary for unlawful assembly...two conditions required here is that the person is member of that assembly and he knew that offence is committed in the prosecution of that unlawful assembly...
