Sehnsucht comes from sehnen which translates to the words that were listed in the top, the second word is Sucht, which means addiction but in the context of the word more like obsession. Its the obsession of longing, its something that burns inside of you, its something that would pull you out of your misery. Its either used for places in a sort of overdone hyperble type of way, for feelings or states of mind ("I just cant go on anymore, I just want to be happy" could simply be expressed by saying "sehnsucht glücklich zu sein") or in its sweetes form to talk about a person. German is a ugly language, but it seriously has more heart and soul than any other language. German poetry is something else man.

It is a very unique word that google describes as "Saudade is a feeling of longing, melancholy, desire, and nostalgia(...). It describes a deep emotional state; a yearning for a happiness that has passed, or perhaps never even existed". I think these two words are very similar but maybe saudade describes the feeling in a deeper and sadder manner. If you'd like you could listen to some portuguese Fado and from the lyrics and melody you will see what i mean. Saudade and sadness are very often, if not always, the subject of Fado and the feeling you get from listening to it , even if you dont understand what is being said, is chilling, for lack of a better word. P.S.: As a person who has fallen in love with the german language (and is currently struggling to learn it) i must disagree with you. German is a beautiful language where you can find words to describe everything and anything, that, of course, includes the good and the bad. It describes life. I cant wait to learn it fully! Anyways, take what i have said with a grain of salt of course!

you see, it's hard to prove that we aren't living in a simulation. it's only our mind not wanting to accept it even if we'd have evidence. for all we KNOW we kinda exist here. everything else is pretty much beyond us. the hows, whens and whys.

When I first heard this song the only thing I could thing is that the tempo is wayy to fast and I just prefer I slower more chilled out song so this is perfect!!!
