Yet for some BIZARRE reason, the fans can't get enough of him.

AlluMan96 I agree, Dio is very emotional. He's fueled by hate for the Joestars, an extremely narcissistic love for himself and just this sick joy he finds in ruining people's lives in creative ways. He also tends to fly into fits of rage whenever things don't go as he planned, and loves gloating and bragging about how great he is whenever he gets an opportunity. This is the guy who made a mother eat her own baby just because he thought it would be funny. He's a sadistic, psychotic monster, and that's what makes him such a fun villain.
