Reina players dropping her left right and centre, or keeping her as a counterpick/sub character, should tell you enough about the character's perceived viability in tournaments. Only Yamagi/Yagami from Australia is doing anything with her. Top players often switch to their sub character as a counterpick measure, or to disrupt their opponents' thoughts, or hope to find and exploit a matchup weakness in them.
