Paul, I found a vintage toy rocking horse left on the curb after a local house got cleaned out. I could only imagine what would’ve happened to that beauty, had you gotten your hands on it! 😂 😂 😂

Yes the previous owner sold the building and was not able to throw all her stuff away. The investor gave her a few more days to take her stuff.
