1/2 RED ONION
1/2 CUP GRAPESEED OIL
4 CUPS RICE
8 CUPS OF SAUCE MIXTURE
SPICES & HERBS
2 BAY LEAVES
1 TSP THYME
1 TBSP ADOBO SEASONING
1 TSP SALT
2 CUBES VEGETABLE BOUILLON

I never had Oxtails before going vegan and neither has my husband but I plan to make your Jamaican Jackfruit inspired recipe tomorrow if time permits. I'll be using Black Wild Rice (Dr Sebi approved) and Purple Cabbage and my homemade Sweet Potato Cornbread for sides. There were a few spices/seasonings I had to order off Amazon to make this happen. Lol... I can't wait. I love your channel so much. So happy I came across it. Y'all have a beautiful family. Thank you for all your recipes!❤
