I REALLY don’t want to argue but blackwashing is not that big of a deal, White washing is “bad” bc it erases characters that are black, since character on tv and mainstream media are often white and have been, for a very long time; ONLY white. people on the internet had started to make character black for this and other reasons like they want to see themselves in characters, the same thing ppl do when they hc a character as a part of the lgbt+, blackwashing doesn’t exist because being white is not something that is absent in media. With that said i understand that tmf has some characters of color (even tho the characters are still mainly white) and i am a POC, i just think that it’s a fun thing to hc some characters as poc, (and the color of his skin is actully not that far off there’s a dark purple filter on at 15%, but its still darker that the original) Okay srr for the long ass response and i respect if u still think that it’s wrong
