The most popular trek in Bhutan. With altitude differences of 2,500m and nearly 5,000m (lowest and highest point of the route), it offers a wide range of landscape ,fauna and flora. The highlight of this trek is the spectacular view of Mount Jomolhari from Jomolhari Basecamp, Jangothang. Nearly the whole trek goes through a small part of the Jigme Singye National Park, passing a few of the Yak herder’s settlement and the remotest region of Lingshi.

Nice, ever i see the Bhutanese backup the memory in cloud of their good times people had. infact this is the good reference element for the people who haven't make out the trek at all... ..keep exploring....our rich biodiversity...

Just back from the Jomolhari Trek a few weeks again. So sad about the amount of garbage on the trail. It took away from the so called pristine beauty of the landscapes. There has to be a solution. Same with the amount of garbage on the trail up to the Tigers Nest. Pop cans, beer cans, water bottles, potato chip bags, tea bags, liquor bottles etc. If we in Canada can have no litter on our trails then you can do it to!!!!

I am listening to your commentary, but the wind takes your voice away. I only hear the background music clearly. Maybe you should invest in a DSLR with those phones with cover to screen out the wind sound and so we can hear what you are saying. Keep on!
