I can vouch for the Casio “Royale”. My 11 yo son wears it almost 24/7 and it has taken a merciless beating for over a year, including ocean swimming with its 100m WR! So good.

Only thing I hate about it is that it usually gets moved to another timezone when the back of your hand accidentally touch the button. Had a few late appointments because of that. So I changed it to the ae-1300. Sporty-er timing feature. I just missed the 5 alarms from the ae-1200

Watch & Unwind Yes I’m lucky… I wouldn’t say that I have many ‘high-end’ watches...Just one true luxury watch, A bunch of what I guess would be called mid-tier and the there are Casios , severalChinese specials...Lots of entry-level divers etc....I enjoy the shopping and collecting more than saving up a whole bunch of money for a very expensive watch! Great list Jody and well done with the channel. Thanks to your earlier review I have one of those komradirskie 650539s currently on it's way from Chistapol. Ae1200 is another good choice although I don't wear mine that much. Personally I would choose the mrw200 analogue over the w217h. I recently picked one up for a tenner on Amazon. outstanding watch at that price.

Terrific review. Love your value for money attitude. While Ive got a few luxury pieces in the collection, who doesn’t love a bargain? I own half of these and agree 100% with your assessments.
