I had a brain injury playing soccer, i lost emotion, object recognition, my gate went to baby steps, coversations, motions, sound & light were to much. I am recovered now - but what I want to share is the healing journey was small gains & then set backs for 7 years Healing the brain is a slow process- you both are so Amazing!!
Beautiful that his memory and love of his wife were completely untouched by this injury. There are several videos of these two on the internet, and his improvement is astounding. No need to wish these two a lifetime of love and happiness. They have it secured already.
Hi y'all, as an outsider I am encouraged to see both your stamina and your progress. Months ago, when I 1st saw your YT video, I set my phone alarm at 7:50am every day to ask God to be involved in your lifes. I pray you'd feel His strength and presence. Y'all are an encouragement to me!
I have a daughter that was born with congenital abnormalities. Many brain surgeries and in one of those surgeries a stroke at 8 months old. Paralyzed on right side of body and in a wheelchair. She is now almost 30. Love her so much. Would do anything for her. We Mothers/Wives are tuff cookies.
I watch these videos of these two every now and then and check up on them. Every time I cry - not in a bad way but because it’s the most beautiful example of human love and loyalty. They are amazing human beings. Amazing. To think outside of the box and try every angle..most people just listen to the doctors and their unfortunate and simple diagnosis with not hope - I love you for this girl!!! Thank you for being an amazing human being!!!!!❤️
Yes, it is not the work that grants you access to heaven. It is the will to accept the blood of Jesus Christ and to believe that he is the one who saves your soul and not you.
Wow! Amazing, AMAZING story of the purest form of love, commitment and overcoming! So inspired by this couple! Prayers for continued progress. I feel like it won’t be long unti these 2 are walking side by side, hand in hand..❤️🙏❤️
Wow that's amazing progress I hope you guys can update us on his progress. Having been a Seal, having such a supportive and loving wife and help from you folks will only help Jon keep improving, it's phenomenal the rate he's going.
Please give an update on Jon. The latest thing that I can find is six months ago. I realize this is a slow and many years of recovery. As the widow of a retired Army’s officer who passed as a combat veteran (100%). I’ve followed your progress since the beginning. Would love to know how things are going.
Women are much more likely to stay for a disabled husband than the other way around. I know that as I knew someone who dealt with insurance claims for people made disabled. He said the men run.
