I really appreciate the love from the real R&B fans. Thank you, so I wanted to inform you that i am a dancer and I would like to become a backup dancer for artists such as Sisqo, Chris Brown, and Usher. So my instagram is @lionnelthegreat and my snapchat is lhaywood2002. So please check my page out. Once again thank you all.
Love Jon B’s energy. His love for R&B is beautiful and passion for his craft is refreshing. He loves music not just for financial gain but because it’s in his soul. R&B music has taken a huge hit since the rise of hip hop. It’s refreshing to see artist loyal to true R&B
You're witnessing LEGENDARY R and B singers and talent folks. This level of talent and musicianship in their generation will NEVER be duplicated again so enjoy them while they're here
These guys were good but don't forget that THEIR generation bit off the previous generations. Stevie, Marvin, Luther, Isaac Hayes, Teddy, Barry, Freddie Jackson, Smokey, Donnie, Bobby Womack, etc
@@GreyMann2 We all know that. But what I'm talking about is the lack of raw talent and creativity in TODAY'S R and B music compared to the generation of the 90s and those prior
@@AVG336 Check out SZA, Ari Lennox, H.E.R., Snoh Alegrah... R&B dudes are struggling! Check out JacQees, too. He's talented. The R&B on the radio isn't as good. There's comparable talent out there. You have to scour the globe for it, lmao! It's out there... somewhere
@@GreyMann2 Thanks for your suggestions. HER is good. I know a little about some of those artists such as Jacquees. I took a surface like look into his music a while ago and wasn't too thrilled. Thanks to you I looked a little deeper today and found a few songs that I like. I'll keep looking deeper and see what else I come across. 👍
As much a legend Ginuwine is, I'm bothered that he didn't know the lyrics to The Rude Boys "Written All Over Your Face"... but that's alright. That lean got him so he'll get a pass this time lls
WHAT I NOTICED IS WHEN THEY WERE SINGING THE FAST SONGS?...JON B. WASN'T REALLY HITTIN DEM 🎹! KEYS!...BUT AS SOON AS HE PLAYED DAT "RIBBON IN THE SKY?" HE FLOWED ON THE 🎹 KEYS!..HE IS A MUSICAL 🎶 ROMANTIST!..AND I LOVE HIM!..JON B. FACTZ!😎😎
Needa Million I think that we all know that Jon B. was in his element and so happy to be in the midst of the 90’-2000’s R&B trailblazers, such as he. This was hilarious. Was anyone there sober? Haha
All these legends just having fun like it is still 97 again.....their skills are still sharp....who was the 2nd keys player? He still played on flawlessly when Jon B went to sing....
This was a very nostalgic video. Reminded me of my drunk uncles in the basement, knowing but not really knowing songs, singing with their whole hearts and partial harmonic abilities. Once in a while, there would be an account of angelic unison. Those instances were highly celebrated, yet infrequent and short-lived. Long Live the Kings of the late 1990s.
This new school generation will never compare to 70's 80's n 90's groups they are perfectionist n the real dam deal no one can compare to our old school shit!!!💯💋💋💋💋💋💋♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I LOVE how dedicated Jon B was to keeping the jam session going 💛💚❤. This was a mood! Only thing is who is that in the blue shirt? He was hitting those high notes with ease.
@@ar3nit616 nah man, they force all that awful music down everyone's throat and they refuse to push these old school artists. They don't fit their agenda.
This is already one of my favorite videos! Jon B. plus, R. Kelly, Keith Sweat, Brian McKnight and Babyface were all students of R&B/Soul. It's hard to find that nowadays.
While they killin it, they remind me of old drunk uncles at the family reunion. "Earl! Come get on this piano and show these young bucks what real music is" Earl: "You ain't said nuttin but a word "
There will never be R&B talent like this again. I feel that these guys had to follow up behind Greats like Sam Cooke, Temptations & Marvin Gaye. That’s tough but they came out with a new era of music of their own that will stand the test of time. These are the greats of our time that we tell our children about. I enjoyed it and would to like to see them do a blast to the past concert!!!
yoooo this so dope! I love that they not evening their own songs. they paying homage to those that came before them 🔥 s/o to Guy, Stevie, Mint Condition, Tevin Campbell ❤️🖤💚
