Can't believe how high up you are going with the decking on a 14x36 boat. I did mine with a deck only about 10 inches high and it was so tippy I decided I could not trust getting on it to sit and fish much less stand and fish. Your mileage may vary.

What’s the purpose of the pool noodles? Do you keep them on after the build is done also ?
