Interesting what he says and the most honest I've seen an away manager speak in summing up. Wrexham showed the aggression and passion to win the 1 on 1s with Northampton in the same way Stevenage did with Wrexham the previous Tuesday. Even though we felt we were dominant, I felt you had a good penalty shout late in the game and with more confidence and striker accuracy you could have troubled us more than you did. Your 9 had a good game winning a lot up top and working hard, hope your lads injury isn't too bad , good luck with your season.
Wrexham fan here , can tell he cares about the club very honest no excuses actually thought you played some decent stuff at times definitely have defensive issues but not the worst team we have played so far this season. Interviewer not asking about your fans was pretty crap to bring 1,200 and supported the team well you should get praised.
He’s really come out at his best this season. Only this season left in contract. You drop him in any champ level team and he will assist many goals. If he stays at Wrexham and they get champ level strikers they will be a team to watch
It's a pretty honest assessment, we looked like we expected to get beat so didn't put themselves out. Hoskins wild shot when he looked odds on to score summed up the performance as a whole.
Feel sorry for JB, he needs a assertive leader as a midfielder to get the team motivated. Some of the older players need to go bring in the youth. Pinnock, Hoskins etc nice guys but not above average footballers. Wrexham is the bar level, I went to a game a while back and fox was substituted at half time but he was flying in with the tackles and I thought that was great. I wouldn't blame JB to join another club there's only so much talking you can do to the players if they don't listen what can you do?? You see the body language of the players it's terrible if I conceded a goal I'd be fuming the players don't seem bothered, if the cobblers don't stay up enjoy the away days at Accrington Stanley :(
Got promoted via play offs in the poorest league two there had ever been. And again stayed up in the poorest league 1. Now there is actually quality in the league we are basically lubing ourselves up each game. Another horrendous transfer window from Brady. Looks like it's back to Div 2 at this rate,it's relegation form l'm afraid.How come we have so many injuries,it seems every week someone gets injured.We had an excellent result against Huddersfield,since then the team seem to have gone to pieces.Seems lack of investment this season is going to catch up with us sadly.
