Thank you for your service and welcome back. Presentation very interesting. Saw my first Skyraider towing a target in Sweden. Had no clue what a warrior it was. I have studied the war in Vietnam and was truly amazed at what you did. Proud to be an American. That some may love, indeed. Jim

My father, Colonel William B. Owens did three tours in Southeast Asia. The last one was at NKP as the Wing Commander of the 56th Special Operations Wing in 1973.

It's so great to see these events and reunions as former warriors gather to share their experiences. I was attending a military academy in 68-71 and kept track of the news and events from the war. These warriors deserve our gratitude not only for their combat accomplishments but for the politics they had to endure, including but not limited to LBJ's and Mc Namara's "assinine" war management decisions and also having to deal with all the pampered middle-class morons who were war protestors, and who blamed the soldiers for their political leader's decisions. I have yet to see or hear of a "Vietnam War Protestor Association" annual reunion and I am sure that all those folks choose not to be identifiable. I, as a now-retired American, wish to thank all those who voluntarily enlisted in the services to endure combat during this war. To you and to those who didn't make it back, thank you from all of us who understand and appreciate your commitment and sacrifice.

My father flew in A1-Es during the war. Tropic Moon. He was an EWO, not a pilot. 68-69. Can someone please tell me how to get in touch with the Colonel? Thank you.

I think the best way to reach Jon would be to Google his company, he mentions it early in the video and reach out to him that way.
