McCoy turned out to be a dud. Played on a team where he was surrounded by talent that was significantly better than the teams he played against. Made things easy for him. Not how things work in the big leagues. Bradford came across like he thought he was already the man and Gruden couldn’t tell him anything. You can see what that got him.
