you may think its gay or something but in my opinion its just a older guy who gets paid to watch guys get their world rocked, hes seen thhis 1000x hes just providing comfort while said fighters mind is on a different planet after eating multiple swings to the face by easily the number 1 ranked combat fighter on the planet
@@vilhelmkron2663 Let's not pretend like they're not all using PEDs, i bet Gustafsson knew he was gonna fight one of the best fighters and juicers in the UFC a second time so he pretty much prepared for it
He silences the haters every time. They will always bring up steroids despite USADA giving him the benefit of the doubt with PEDS by saying what he took never made a difference and that never took anything intentional anyway. USADA said that, not me. Jon beats the new guy they have for him every time, and that will never stop regardless of who he beats. As a fan I want to see him vs Aspinall though.
@@Vexaay12 i just saw the fight and i cant believe how people think he lost. was it a close fight? sure! but gustaffson was tired in the championship rounds and at the end of the 4th almost got finished. the only round he won convincingly was the 1st where he cut jones, after that they were close except for 4 and 5
@@TrismegistusH I agree he won that first fight vs Gus. The only fight jon could have lost by decision was Reyes. Reyes had a bad final round so the judges gave Jon that fight since he was the champion. I don't like that, but they did it. It was still a close fight and could have gone either way. Jon is undefeated with the exception of the Hamil fight, and he destroyed Hamil, regardless of the results of that fight.
@@TrismegistusHyou are correct I keep watching the first fight.People think Gus won because Jon got blood drawn early. But his leg kicks matched Gus punches and that’s what people don’t score or acknowledge. Now if we take this to the end Gus was done at the 5th. Now in fight 2 Jones just was on a mission and took it way more serious
It's a bad matchup for Tom, but Jon never fights. He has like 2-3 years between several of his last few fights. He almost definitely would be a bit rusty, and he's getting older as well. I think he would have harder time vs Aspinall this time.
Exactly, Jones seemed like the Challenger in the first fight, in this one he confused Gus. He made him understand that he was the Champ so if you want it come and take it… He won the first and the second one.
As a Jonathan Bonie Jonesy-stan, I though striking the back of the head is illegal in UFC?! A couple went thru...but not the rest...Gustafsson's legs was shot tho hence the take-down was so easy which led to DESTRUCTION on the mat
@@AmmuAnnshka Bro JJ is just too creative. No one fights like him and his grappling is tippy top tier. Plenty of fighters practically exactly like Aspinall have been matted by Jon. That being said, Tom is younger and has great hands. But can he deal with Jon’s kicks too? Idk… punchers’ chance for sure. But it’s about the same chance I gave Gaethje V Khabib. Sure a lucky punch _could_ land. But if Jones was in his prime?? No question who wins that one. And even still, I’m betting Bones if it ever happens 🐐
