@@primecustoms6153 Ngannou seemed like he wanted something other than money. Like, the reason his negotiations with the UFC broke down is literally because of the OTHER stuff. He wanted a fighter representative within the UFC's executive, he wanted health insurance for all fighters, he wanted fighters to be able to have sponsors, etc. Seems like the things he wanted most was not money but freedom for fighters to be more of ACTUAL independent contractors and for them to be have higher standards of living. It's funny how people will laud Khabib for "sticking to his principles" and staying retired, but criticize Ngannou for the same thing.

I think Francis was the tougher matchup because Gane is not good on the ground, Francis dominates Gane on the ground and thats how he won the fight. Jones is better grappler and should submit Gane or win by decision because of controlling the fight on the ground.

What the UFC is missing is team martial arts gauntlets, we've seen martial artist compete individually, now if we see them compete as dojo's we have a whole new way to experience the sport, there is individual glory but there can also be school of martial art showcasings, as a lot of fighters who retire do coaching, and not every fighter will be in the ultimate fighter house it brings a different taste.

Not thick skin , CARAPACE is necessary. DC knows that's why. I have to say I think I saw the fight where Cane lost to Jones in the first round. Jones was prepared technically but not really physically although plenty of extra strength .. . stronger physically but not fit. Knew what he was going for just like if he had pointers from Ngannou. As I said he prepared technically. As for Cane he had to hip hop and run the cage using his kickboxing and muay thai , fitter than Jones for that fight but possibly Jones stronger physically .... but he didn't 🥺🥺🥺.
