In this covid crisis, I feel the Fear has been, and is still the main virus, we: this community and the humanity, have to breathe with and accept and take care, instead fighting it, Or fighting(I don't like the emotion of anger and fight) Fear with breath by breath, smile, release, and go slowly, and share and support ourselves in this Love affair wisdom 2.0 sangha 🙏 heartfull gratitude to this Sangha❤

Fearful thoughts don't have a better handle or grip of the future than happy thoughts. What im getting is instead of being so hung up on them too much, I can notice that they are there. My so loving thoughts are just speculating about what the future might look like so I don't "mess up" or get hurt or seize to exist. It is my loving thoughts so preoccupied with saving me so it will start speculating about a moment in time its not quite sure of really. It really doesn't know fully about the next moment more clearly that it knows the one it has experienced. So yes, experience is a teacher for what may happen in the future or even give us a picture of what our next moment might be, but being engulfed by the fearful thoughts and trying to follow and obsess about them is not a best use of my experience of the current moment which I know and experience. But I must add, it ain't easy my goodness when pressure hits but now I know that possibility is available to me. Is that why body scan or mindfulness in general try to remind me of? Is this why the practice matters? I need to embody is knowledge? Also is body memory more stronger than mind memory so to say....

Beautiful experiences of this project.. Beautiful coz they are real and human and shows how much we humans suffer and beautiful coz it's showing how brave pple are to face whatever happens to them.. Can i bring a religion aspect to it? One is afraid of getting into that coz many pple find religion anathema!! I wanted to share that quran tells us that God puts each person through whatever burden that He knows the person can bear.. I know qs wud be.. Then why does He put pple through trials? If one looks at life like we have to travel through all sorts of situations and experiences and LEARN and GROW to become our full potential then we have to go through tuff times to grow and become wise
